I've extracted the contents of the .cvm file and I noticed that the SOUND folder has some playable ADX audio files and some unplayable AHX (voice) files, I downloaded a few tools/plugins that claimed to be able to play/convert that format with no success, anyone familiar with the AHX sound format? ...

Xenosaga 3 contains a number of XTX files as well, a large number of them appear to be raw RGBA32 formatted data, they are in the KAO folder, and as one might expect from that name, they are faces; Portraits used during speech. [XS1] the xtx(not compressed) contained in bin file looks the same as Xenossaga3 txy at least.

I'm following the instructions for now, but it is taking a very long time to unpack, and I'm not sure if it is finished yet... So far, I do not see the CHR/WPN/MAP files yet. This extracts images, CHR files and such? It tool is extract some files from gamedisk. CHR contains PXY, TXY, XHR files. WPN contains PXY, TXY, XHR files. MAP contains (compressed?)PXY, TXY, files.
