I figured out a way to extract Fate/Extella and Fate/Extella Link animations from .mtb files. The process is a bit complicated but basically it uses the game itself to decode frames. That's because you are mixing tabs and spaces and for some reason Notepad++ default for Python is tabs.

Looks like I can get normals working but I'm having a problem with default lighting settings in Noesis. After loading model I need to do "Change Base Orientation" to make preview look okay or use Data Viewer to change lights position. I'm not seeing an obvious way to do this through Noesis...

Previous version can't handle archives larger than 4 GB.
Noesis model loader script was also updated to support PC version of Extella Link. Though it still needs more testing.

In Blender this model will be composed of several objects (body, hair, etc.) and each object has one material and one texture. Just select different object in Blender and you will see it has different material. Noesis shows them in one combined list. If you want textures automatically loaded in Noes...

Yeah, don't know about those app folders. They shouldn't be there. Gxt from psp2/texture directory can be opened in Noesis. For mxt from psp2/mdltex you can rename them to gxt and try opening them in Noesis. This doesn't work for all mxt files though. There is probably some other tool that can handl...

Looks like you didn't decrypt it completely. Use psvpfstools after extracting main game pkg.
