Well it is impossible to use them outside of the game because we can't tell how exactly they work with game shaders, so they can be deleted
some older programs such as MMD which is what i use can use them, they're kinda like normal toons

So I've been wondering for a while, but for textures that have the endings of "_s" and "_bs" are they to be taken both as shadow maps like ambient occlusion or "_s" is specular mapping and "_bs" is AO mapping s is specular, bs is ao(baked shadow in this case)...

The latest project diva script supports models without editing needed, as well as latest FGO files. As for shapekeys, try fbx instead as that has shapekeys/morphs. Gltf doesn't support them. Latest public build, for anyone that still needs it https://github.com/h-kidd/noesis-project-diva

Depends on the game. Most times you'll find a custom build on gildor's forums, some games like house of ashes do use them but a particular version, which doesn't work with that build either.

the skin_param is what I guess it is either bone weights or the normals and I also included the .mot files too which they appear to be animations. skin_param and mot.zip .mot is animation, skin param is what tells the game only how the mesh should behave physich wise, the shape, the movement and so...

Yup, all UVs appear in a tiny spot on the weapon, is there a known solution to this problem?

I asked to help on folder structure, not to upload the whole game...I see no model, just shaders, audios, some stuff...maybe it would be better if you would tell here what folder has the models in order to help, but since there is a phyre folder it might be phyre engine.
