I've managed to identify two filenames in data_01.g0s... At least I think so - the textures seems to match

To be honest, when it comes to ease of modding, compared with engines like Creation Engine (used in Skyrim), Fox Engine isn't that good. I have a bug report for FtexUnpacker - there's one file it cannot convert:
