Cool , now that I return from the dentist I will start again doing what you said .. also Ill try to check which animations belong to each model, maybe, I dont know if I could but I will try .. its a good learning experience this forum.

Sorry for bumping this thread , but Im also trying to figure out the matrix palette skin for this format , and so far I got the Skel defined but the transformation of the vertices is the problem, my question is when you mentioned that the joint matrix has to be multiplied by the inverse of the joint...
