Now it works. I was not able to import the .TGA to photoshop without the alpha channel already applied. Searching a conversion tool I discovered that the free utility DDS converter allows you to export directly to DDS without having to save as PNG.

Good work on the textures. I still dont understand how you make the livery show up. I get only the generic part of the nodamage_lod0.xds :cry:

Open the .obj in word, use the replace (all) command and then save again. Eaassssyyy compare to the works the work guys did... :wink:

I think I have the solution for our problem with 3dsmax!!!

The .obj file is using , instead of . (0,004 not 0.004) :P

If you change those the model is ok and with proper normals!

I am experiencing the same problem as TomWin and others. The obj file is not correctly displayed in max (9as well as 2010). If I open the file in Blender (the only program that opens obj files created by forza somehow correctly) and export as obj and then it is possible to see the model but with the...

I have tried the 3D print screen on the forzastudio as tomwin did and I can confirm that the shading is perfect. Then I would also assume that the mesh reading in forzastudio is OK. When I then use xml to max conversion script by koichi I have the same shading problems as if I import the obj and ver...
