Searching online for XMemDecompress should point you in the right direction. It's nice to see this thread is still active :)

Re: Forza Motorsport Resource Extraction (.carbin)

Is there any Forza 5 research at the moment? Not yet, Xbox One reverse engineering is still in its infancy and I don't believe anyone has figured out how to extract the file contents from the game archives yet. As for your problems lkof, can you paste me the stack information from the application e...

Re: Forza Motorsport Resource Extraction (.carbin)

I finally got around to merging my Horizon stuff into the main project and everything appears to be functioning as it should. I haven't done any real regression testing yet so backwards compatibility might suffer in some instances, but it should be good enough for now. Please let me know if you expe...

Re: Forza Motorsport Resource Extraction (.carbin)

Things are coming along quite nicely :) Asset quality is pretty amazing from what I've seen so far, and I'm really looking forward to the release of this game. Once it's out, I'll probably release an updated version of Forza Studio a few days after, when I'm confident in its ability to process the m...

Re: Forza Motorsport Resource Extraction (.carbin)

Vertex format ended up being similar to Forza 4 and just a simple off-by-4-bytes error on my end :ninja:

Re: Forza Motorsport Resource Extraction (.carbin)

They might not have SLODs anymore, I was just acknowledging the possibility. Progress is good so far however, and I've got my application parsing through all of the major LOD0 and cockpit model file structures. Unfortunately, the vertex format appears to have changed yet again, so I'll likely be wre...

Re: Forza Motorsport Resource Extraction (.carbin)

So...no no Forza Horizon files? Demo is already out. Really want the Ferrari Iltalia 458 Spyder and Reventon roadster. A couple of samples were sent to me yesterday, but I could still use some SLOD ones if available. I've spent a couple of hours on this already and should hopefully have something t...

Re: Forza Motorsport Resource Extraction (.carbin)

Too bad the first posting was deleted :( So there will not going to be more Forza Studio updates? or discussion? what happened? Since it appears that the mods would rather delete entire posts rather than prune stale links to "illegal" content, any further discussion/updates will be posted...

Or could u please fix some Forza3 tracks properly ( what i mean is that models aren't correct when importing to max, where are many poly's like on rock surfaces are...
