Update: I learned that I would need a encryption key to decrypt these files. (note: it is a Chinese Encryption type)

Thanks so much! Works great for mainly those files inside the "KIGAE" folder every other .TME texture doesn't work I have more samples if you want to take a look.

I got a bit of a problem, using Noesis to rip Fatal Frame 4, I keep getting this error when trying to extract it any suggestions I should do or recommenations?
