Scripts are in my dropbox folder.
All scripts that I write should be linked there because they may change whenever I feel like updating them.

It is clear that I've been very lazy and unmotivated and never went to look at how to add bones or animations or anything.

I'm stuck on the texture part. I only have .xac files. Which package has the .xtex files? :(

Hi, I've been trawling the web for ages for a way to open *.XAC models from Paradox games like Crusader Kings 2 and Europa Universalis 3. Then I came across this.

I can't get this script to work for these games, I presume they have different code depending on the developer, and it needs to be modified to be compatible?

They might be two completely different formats.
If it isn't chunk-based (cause different XAC versions here are basically the same format, then it's likely something else.

Oh, it's the same format. Or at least, similar. And a lot of the games from that site have the same format?

I wonder what the XAC format is. At the top you can see it has export information describing what 3D software they used to create the model.

I might have to rename the plugin lol

Anyways there's some extra chunks in there. I'll need more samples to verify what they are.

It looks like the 0xD chunk was there all along I just skipped it and never noticed.

You will need to write your own tools for that. Most of the format is still unknown.
