Nintendo 64 models

Anyone have a link or guide abouth how to extract models from Nintendo 64 rooms? (.N64).
most people just use 3dripperDX on the dx9 plugin for pj64.. or the old plugin by lemmy that dumps whatevers in the emu to disk.
I know there are a few ROM tools for editing textures, probably models too. but I've never personally ventured into that
