anyway forget, fixed now, now I have a question chrrox, how add alpha channel in MAX? always get problems like that, and don't like, Milkshape have this option added and don't have it, but in Max always see alpha, how delete it?

just copy the diffuse texture to the opacity slot in th ematerial editor. Then on the opacity slot set it to be alpha output only and you should be all set.
