Bones format

Hey,

i have a few Questions about bones.

Most of the time people extract bones from games they create a 4*4 Matrix with floats.

What represents these lines?

How can i used these informations with Blender? (for which propertys stand these lines?)

What game are you looking at.
Post a sample file.
Games can store bones many different ways.
Normally 3d animation programs store bones in a 3 x4 or 4 x 4 matrix so import scripts convert them to this format.
