I got the error with both scripts,i don't know why...maybe the version of blender? it's 249.2.pls help

Please browse for SELECT UNPACKED GAME DIR.
It is important because script read all needed textures and convert they to .dds format else script break.
Next time please check console and send screen of console.
Some model give errors, because file format of witcher 2 is still unknow in 100%.
