Many other Textures are commonly used in many different models.
(Generic, Standard, LIB)
Eye textures generic. You have to create it yourself.

A lot of textures in the game are in this file.

Unfortunately, this is not possible as far as I know.
there is more than one different data from within any file.
But you can still export all the mesh or skeleton of a model as Arx or Obj.

Look at this
"CN_E_MA_PrologueAssassin_SoftBody" Let's say that there are many different sub-files. example Matrial, Texture Set, Soft Body Mesh AND Mesh. You can export all the meshes inside by right-clicking directly without expanding the "Mesh". This can speed up your work a little.

This is getting ridiculous, but, the tool every time I open it gives me this big message error that many have got before me.
I try either change the route of were to install it, run it as administrator, and everything on the list, but, nothing works.
Win10 with Netframework on 4.76.

EDIT:
Nevermind, found the solution my self:

It looks like the tool start with 0 configuration.
The only way for fix the annoying message of error every time one open it, it is pressing on the message "continue", and then jump to the option tab of the tool, and on the option of "temp file option" put ANY route, press save change, close and re-open.

Next time open, it should open on the option windows, then you chose what game to view (the one you want to see/explorer)
