a little finding for doau/doao - i found inside the doau/doao a list of character names, i'll post it as it is:
00 "ZACK"
01 "TINA"
02 "JANN LEE"
03 "EIN"
04 "RYU HAYABUSA"
05 "KASUMI"
06 "GEN FU"
07 "HELENA"
08 "LEON"
09 "BASS"
0A "HELENA MAMA"
0B "-HAYATE"
0C "LEIFANG"
0D "AYANE"
0E "WAKABASS"
0F "LISA"
10 "LORAN"
11 "TENGU"
12 "COTINA"
13 "-BRAD WONG"
14 "-CHRISTIE"
15 "HITOMI"
16 "COAYANE"
17 "PDOG"
18 "BAYMAN"
19 "AYAME"
1A "COHAYATE"
1B "HADAKASUMI"
1C "COKASUMI"

the number is the character id. this list also corresponds to the skeleton names, the list i posted before where wrong - "0B" is not for raidou, it's for canceled hayate.
it's interesting to see doax lisa here. And every character with a "CO-" prefix. Cotina means young thina, this way we have young hayate, ayane and kasumi, also we can see ayame here. was that a later decision to make that doau intro a cgi? where they intending in the beginning to make it on the engine?

and an incomplete list of stages(inside the game it's in five languages):
00 "- THE WHITE STORM -"
01 "- THE NIGHT OF FIREFLY -"
02 "- THE DANGER ZONE 2 -"
03 "- THE BLUE CAVE -"
04 "- THE GREAT OPERA -"
05 "- THE DEATH VALLEY -"
06 "- MOTION EDIT -"
07 "- UNDULATION CHECK -"
08 "- THE CRIMSON -"
09 "- THE DANGER ZONE -"
0A "- THE GREAT OPERA -"
0B "- THE GREAT OPERA -"
0C "- THE DEMON'S CHURCH -"
0D "- THE DEMON'S CHURCH -"
0E "- THE BIO LAB. -"
0F "- THE AERIAL GARDEN -"
10 "- THE WATER FALL -"
11 "- ELEVATOR -"
12 "- THE MIYAMA -"
13 "- THE KOKU AN -"
14 "- THE SPIRAL -"
15 "- THE DRAGON HILLS -"
16 "- THE MIYAMA -"
17 "- UNKNOWN -"
18 "- THE BIO LAB. -"
19 "- UNKNOWN -"
1A "- THE WATER FALL -"
1B "- UNKNOWN -"
1C "- UNKNOWN -"
1D "- UNKNOWN -"
1E "- THE DRAGON HILLS -"
1F "- THE PRAIRIE -"
20 "- UNKNOWN -"
21 "- THE CRIMSON -"
22 "- THE AERIAL GARDEN -"
23 "- THE WATER FALL -"
24 "- THE D OCTAGON -"
25 "- THE PANCRATIUM -"
26 "- THE IRON HELL -"
27 "- THE BLANCA -"
28 "- THE L'S CASTLE -"
29 "- THE BURAI ZENIN -"
2A "- THE BURAI ZENIN -"
2B "- UNKNOWN -"
2C "- THE IRON HELL -"
2D "- UNKNOWN -"

a lot of stages didn't live up to the game release day

@b0ny: your importer tries to open *.doax files when passed DOA3 or DOA2U xprs, which are not in the "skeletons" folder like the *.doa3 and *.doau files.

HELLO GUYS I'm THESIERRAMAN, Can you help me, I have some situations for resolve:

FIRST SITUATION:
I have DOA2U (FOR XBOX 1), DOA4 (FOR XBOX 360) AND DOAX2 (FOR XBOX 360), all these games in "ISO", and I would like to extract the archives, I tried with MagicIso, but in the 3 games MagicIso didn't show me the archives, only some videos about "THIS IS A XBOX GAME, ONLY CAN BE USED IN A XBOX CONSOLE", my question is: What programs can I use for extract the archives from these 3 games (DOA2U (FOR XBOX 1), DOA4 (FOR XBOX 360) AND DOAX2 (FOR XBOX 360))??? and if is possibily can you put the links for download from mediafire please.

SECOND SITUATION:
I have "Noesis" program, but i dont know how can use it, Do you have a tutorial for use it??? I said that because in the program I'm watching a extention for DOAX2 and would like to use it for this game.

Thanks for your help and attention :D

Has anyone deciphered the animation formats?
If someone will do that, writing a Blender animation loader will take mere minutes.

Code: Select all

object = bpy.context.scene.objects.active
if object.type != "ARMATURE":
	raise Exception("Please select an Armature Object.")
	return

pose = object.pose

object.animation_data_create()

action_name = bpy.path.display_name_from_filepath(filepath)
action = bpy.data.actions.new(name = action_name)
object.animation_data.action = action

for frame in range(frame_count):
    for bone in pose.bones:
        bone.matrix = matrices[frame][pose.bones.index(bone)]

        bone.keyframe_insert('location', frame = frame)
        bone.keyframe_insert('rotation_quaternion', frame = frame)
        bone.keyframe_insert('scale', frame = frame)
Where "matices" is a list of matrix lists for each frame.

BTW, looks like the googledocs page has been hacked.

hi doao players here is a doax to doao outfit converter for you. it's shitty but it works for many costumes(clothes only). i won't give you a direct link to the "heavy pack"(which includes every thing you need) but you can look for it on the russian doao forum.
here you go:
DoAX to DoAO costume converter "lite pack" = 1 mb

you just select any costume, press "blend it", and restart the stage in doao. easy as that

THESIERRAMAN wrote:FIRST SITUATION:
Xbox-Backup-Creator -> "Image Tools" -> "Image Browser" -> "File" -> "Open Image File" -> then if i remember right you should select everything you want to extract, right click and select an option that will extract everything you selected

export from noesys in a comestible 3d format than import it in blender or whatever you use

some guy here http://git.daifukkat.su/?p=spark.git;a=summary worked for some time on a tool for doap unpacking, you may want to have a look at it.

frankly, no idea :(

sagesau
thanx for the info, though it's a long way until a clean animation extractor/importer. right now i think i could extract the first and the last poses from an animation

I'm not sure how you can get poses from the first frame but have difficulty for the rest, but either way if you know something about the animation format, tell me. I might make it myself.

short tutorial for the doax_outfit_converter, for anyone who have troubles using it:
1. download the "heavy pack":
DoAX to DoAO costume converter "heavy pack" = 42 mb (viewtopic.php?p=93969#p93969)

2. find the folder, where all the doa skins are
Image

3. enter the skin folder you want to swap
Image

4. select and copy the skin path
Image

5. paste the path in the "output dir"
Image

6. write the name of the skin in the"output name"
Image

7. select and convert the doax outfit in this order
Image

8. copy the "qLoaderC5" to the "final" folder and run it(viewtopic.php?p=94198#p94198)
Image

9. select the skin you swapped (use russian to see the skin names)
Image

10. enter the battle to finally see the job done :)

I wonder howcome some guys arrive here without checking the entire forum:

viewtopic.php?f=33&t=7901

DOAP is partially supported by fatduck importer script for 3ds max. It's in a beta phase. I have the bms included in the first update to unpack the .arc file, but I don't know if it's ok to share it right now.

HELLO PEOPLE!!!

Thanks for answer my questions about DOA ISO and how to extract the information of them. But I have another situation.
First situation:
I have DOAX2 ISO (for XBOX 360), but the site where I get it said "nude patch", and I used "Noesis program" for extract the models and I only found the models without costumes ( :cry: ), the same thing happen to me with DOAX 1 but I found the bikinis in other .AFS.
Do you know where and how can I get the costumes for the characters???

The ISO game have:
7,641,262 KB=7.29GB
The characters are in .tpr
The items are in .tpr
The stages are in .tp
I found some archives called werone.afs and wertwo.afs, but there are only elements called "archives".

Thanks for your help and attention :D
