Ya, I noticed that the blp converter isn't reading anything of Honoka's. It looks like all of the other stuff is just the included costumes from other DLC's for the regular characters. I didn't see any of the new costumes automatically updated. :-/

@Ros, sorry for missing your question on the reversal. I had a modified swizzle.ini, from way back when, but wasn't sure if it had the resolution you needed. Haven't used that app in a long time.

Looks like Sony is spotty in uploading various DLC, not that it helps much just yet anyway. :-/

Well.. she has quite unique structure and... missing lots of vertices.

Never mind. I was able to do it and it was quite fun.
Anyway, it seems that there's two types of volume texture map(3d normal map) and b0ny's tool can only handle one of it. I could guess there's some sort of bug.
His tool untile the normal map when it's injected. but it's messed up. maybe there's some problem with tilling algorithm or file structure problem.
so I used another method and it worked.

Dat updated, some crap may be missing, not included the --h files, LR costumes renamed as charater_lr_xxx, some old dl crap repeated in one of the files.

Here's updated version of DLC Tool for Last Round support. Dunno what Raidou's ID, so he is not included (although his filenames are already in dlc5u.dat). Updated dlc5u.dat can be used with .blp Converter
(note: Honoka/Raidou filenames use "(character)_DLCU_" for compability with DLC Tool).

In DLC 18, there's no bcm file for original 9 costumes.
Seems like Tecmo uses different ID system for costumes/files with "(character)_
COS_" filename (hence strange output in DLC Tool for DLC with new characters (Nyotengu, Last Round update, etc)). Looks like the only way to handle hairstyles for original costumes is to create new DLC (in free slot) with these costumes' files.

Thanks to all for the quick utility updates.
It really is a surprise that so much was included in the patch especially since it was originally assumed that characters would be included by not the costumes.
There's some decent meshes included. Leifang's was almost a winner, lol. Nothing useful for Honoka... yet. Hopefully Costume Catalog 1 shows up at some point. It has all of the pre-order stuff for the current gen stuff, so she should have a could reasonable meshes in there.
Nice to see that everything else still works too. Since the costumes are similar, hopefully that suggests other consoles/PC have minimal alterations needed once moddable.

Seems like Marie has 2 outfits in the LR update files BUT the 2nd one doesn't open what so ever. wonder what that can be O_o and same for Rachel she has 2 one that doesn't show in game but can be opend

some are mis-named, liek Rachel's second one I believe is Pai's and Brad has 2 because one is Bass? i can't remember but i was disappointed to not see Jacky but whateves I should probably ask how to decode the files to be of SOME use..
