Where i can download xbdecompress.exe?

Sorry,i want to rip 3d model of tekken 6,but I'd read what I have to use xbdecompress.exe,but I can't find it to download.
Can say me the download link please?Or can post the stages and 3d models?

Please accept my apologies for uploading it as i know very little about it and was unaware that it was not a XeNTaX community-made program.

We can't help you there, it's copyrighted software that is not available for free.
