need help with Marvel ultimate alliance textures

hey guys i hope you can help me again with this i want to extract the textures out off marvel ultimate alliance 2 (xbox 360) game . i have search info how to extract them but nothing can be found they are pak files here is 1 off them http://rapidshare.com/files/407124512/venom_1202.pak
