When I try to run the program, it says no path specified. Does anyone have a hard link to noesisv40986.zip ?

Why aren't you reporting them? There are no crash reports on GMO's in the last 2 weeks, nor are there any crash reports at all that came from any of your xentax posting IP's.

I'm sure I've still got them somewhere. I'm not sure where though.

I put all of the plugins I had around from revelation up under his directory on the official repo.

I have versions of Revelation's Alien vs Predator and KH2 plugins that are larger, newer, and probably more updated than the v2 versions of the ones that were just uploaded. I think he only released them as attachments in those specific topics and thus you never got them.
The KH2 plugin I have is exactly the same except it also has ASET animation support, which can be achieved via a multi-step process he described in the topic, in which you replace a dll of the latest version of a KH2 model viewer with his custom DLL, load the animations, and export them to ASET. The plugins that were on the oasis site for years were slightly older versions. I try to maintain the latest versions of every Noesis plugin I can find.

I only have stuff that revelation sent directly to me, so if there's newer versions of anything feel free to upload it so I can update the repo.

I dunno Mr.Mouse's exact reasons for asking, I imagine it was mostly due to the fact that Noesis downloads eat a ton of bandwidth and the forums aren't bringing in much money due to the assorted bullshit with PayPal and Google Ads.
As for actual game data being taken down, in most cases that's copyrighted data which is a legal no-no.

Thanks. Scripting and game format information has no legal issues I guess (from what I remembered you posted some time ago).

I maintain a fully updated version of Noesis, with the latest versions of all available plugins I can find, on Dropbox. Please tell me if I'm missing any, or if the link doesn't work.
