Good morning to all!

Thought I would take a moment to say hi to all, and say what a fantastic job I think is going on here. Thank you and keep up the good work! I love rendering out the new FM4 cars and can't wait for the UV mapping to hopefully be sorted (I'm a bit too lazy to adjust them myself so I will wait patiently).

A quick question which may have been answered way back, but after skiming through the last 10 pages or so have not found an answer:
Has anybody managed to find any cars on disk 2? I know a lot of the Autovista cars, and a number of standard cars I would like to extract.

Also, I know its not what the development of this software is about but can I make a request about the way the UI works, possibly can when saving a texture or model can it pass through the original file name? This would make usage a lot smoother.

God I love u guys ;)

Anyone managed to uncompress the files from these .zip? I get an "unexpected error 0x80004005" from winzip, and winrar says "Unknown method", and 7z "Unsupprted compression method". I'm relatively new to all this, so don't shoot me just yet, but if you did, what program did what program or method did you use to get this working.

Read the first.
You need the Quickbms program and zip.bms.
It's in the first post.

What do you mean with displaying pics?

The Autovista models are spread over different disks.
There is pack on disk2, the last pack, that is the Autovista pack.
But there are some Autovista models on disk1.
The Mercedes SLS AMG SLOD is on disk1 and one of some of the Ferrari on disk1 too.
I suggest you to look for filenames that contains "slod" or "SLOD"
And on disk2 there are cars too, you can extract the files that has _65_zip_blabla and open them wih wxpirs.
The post of Bregel has explained a lot better and with pictures.
Good luck.

I matched the UV's up on a car.

*The interior leathers etc are just my custom UV's but the main interior texture (As the heater and button logo's were Forza 4 UV rescaled and moved)

*3dsmax didn't load all textures & properties as I exported from Zmodeler.

Does latest Forza Studio (10.17.11) support rims and tyres extraction?

You don't have to transit anymore via ZModeler before importing into Max. Forza Studio OBJ can be now directly imported into Max.

The error explained itself.
You must install XNA Framework 3.1.
Google it and download the needed application.

It doesn't matter how many times that has been told.
They keep asking that instead of reading the replies proper.
