In Granny Viewer you can see that list, but without relations:
Maybe carbin-file contain relations, unexplored atm.

Ok, I managed to make a tool to align all the object with the bones who match the name, the problem is that most of the object names doesn't match with the bones :/
It's a big problem

gr2-skeleton have all connection information, but you'll need to use granny2.dll to load it correctly i think.
Carbin contain only some numbers for skeleton entries, and idk, how to connect them to skeleton inside modelbins:

there is any possibility that the naming is wrong somehow?
seems to be very weird that there is no name match between bones and objects

is there a script fr blender that creates material for each object in a file?
like when i do the script then i run it ... that then all the objects automaticly adds the material name to the object?

not afaik, UV's materials have to been done manually, at least that is how I have been doing it

Never bothered to upload this, badly written... but if it can help:
This tool read .modelsbin and get textures that are called, if there is. Textures can be found in folder swatchbin from where the exe was launched.
File > Save to save the listbox into a textfile.
I didnt tested on all vehicles, but all modelsbin i tested worked perfectly (whole volvo p1800 and fiat dino)

edit: need to fix program if one of the folders doesn't exist, as atm it just crashes, i'll make a check at the very begging for each folder and then skip parts accordingly i think, will fix when I get home
