FH2 has been released for both Xbox 360 and Xbox One, that LaFerrari is ripped from the Xbox 360 version. The Xbox 360 versions lacks of some new cars which are Xbox One exclusives, like the Ariel Atom 500 V8 for example, and of course DLC cars. Google is your friend guys.

Next step is unpacking .zip files with QuickBMS and zip.bms script, then you have folders with .carbin files for Forza Studio and .xds files with textures (XTX tool can convert them to .TGA).

But if you need only renders, i have easy solution for you )
Check your PM.
Sorry to necropost, but what's this XTX tool? I tried searching but didn't have any luck. I wanted to see if it allowed textures to be injected back in.

Not sure about injecting back, this tool works with simple drag'n'drop to exe (i make it default for "Open with..." command for .xds), but sometimes conversion ends with error, and leave unbundle.exe (if i remember correctly) and another .exe in convertion folder (they autodeletes quickly if convertion success) - i never tested that exes for command line responses (like -h, /? or without arguments).
Uploaded here - feel free to experiment with :)

hello, I'm modder forza 4, I have a project I would like to achieve, here I'd created a mod that Horizon cars 2 and Forza 2 cars in Forza 4. D3FEKT has managed to put the Forza 4 3Ds in Forza Horizon . I wonder if there was not a way to load Forza Horizon 2 3ds in Forza 4? Thanx

Extracting DMC from Forza 4

Hi everyone.

I want to extract the DeLorean DMC 12 from Forza 4 but I don't know how to do that. I got the original game discs for my XBox 360 but I have no idea how to open the files with Forza Studio.
I only want to export the DMC 12 and import it into 3D Studio Max.

Thanks!

First of all, sorry for bumping this thread.

I have issue with Chipi's unofficial build.
Image is better than 100 words so:
When I attempt to import aftermarket wheels in 4.4 t2 i get error on the image - on the right and only texures are imported to the program. (I also tried lower chipi's builds with same results).
But when I do exactly the same thing on 'official' 4.1, the mesh is imported.

Thanks.

Forza 6 apex uses new format, modelbin. Quick look through and it's a lot different than the previous carbin format. The carbin file itself is still there though appears to just be used as the file that connects all models together.

FYI I've started working on this yesterday.

The format has indeed changed greatly, but it is very much "doable". I plan to release a converter/viewer once I put all the pieces together.

I'll post more details and source code once I have something more than a rough AMG GT bumper test: https://flic.kr/p/GX1DLr
