Brutal Legend Demo .fsb encrypted?

I dont think this is the guitar hero type of encryption, maybe its zipped or something but i cannot figure out this encyrption.
According to offzip it seems to be using zlib.
But i couidnt extract or unzip it.

he say is xma2
offset 0
block size 8000
and error reading bistream
i continue search in progress
