Yes, thank you very much.
I'm trying to edit that *.scene files with relative success, but if I add more characters to the file, game crash.
Even editing "text length" for the modified line, there is another "text counter" for the all file or something?
Thanks.

Re: Telltale and Gametap - extract to translate
I'd love a "search" function in Langdb Editor. Searching through thousands of lines if you want to correct something can be annoying.
Re: Telltale and Gametap - ingame grapich
OFF: Sorry my bad english. A friend of mine translates the game. (Puzzle Agent). Can would be our need which font types are in him. NOT in the "font" files, but in the graphics.
Example this:

In Sam & Max Season 3 we translate one scene-file, but there lenght of new and old text is same.
In dlog and landb files on each string you can find three lenghts and two for all text. But scene isn't text-file, and it contains hex-code of game, I don't know how edit this files.
Now I edit "BACK" and lenght (04 00 00 00 42 41 43 4B = . . . . BACK) and game start (05 00 00 00 42 41 43 4B 4B = . . . . BACKK). But i don't know were this "BACKK". =)

I think about "search"-function in "Somthing" Editor. But we translate and edit game text in txt-files.
Later I add support for langdb-files in TTG Tools, and about "Somthing" Editor you can forget.

Don't know. Maybe should use this: http://new.myfonts.com/WhatTheFont/?
But this sample have very bad quality.

I make string shorter, and this work.Keeperv85 wrote:Sure. This file the "ui_puzzlebase_info.scene" file.Den Em wrote:Keeperv85

I write symbol with hex-code 0x00 in place of unnecessary char.

Thanks a lot! Can you explain to me how to get such a key? I want to retrieve it myself for the full version when it's released.bgbennyboy wrote:CSI: Fatal Conspiracy demo:
