I was wondering if anyone had found, or would be willing to find, the archive method used in the Sonic & Knuckles Collection. I have uploaded what I believe to be the GRA here.

Simple format, I even managed to extract some DXT textures. I guess I'll write a small app for it.

Sorry, my computer suffered a lag attack last night when I posted, so I click the post button a cuple times

Sorry I was gone for a while there, I got infected and had to reformat and whatnot.

It's the only *.DAT file in the installation, unfortunately. If it's of any help at all, I'll give you the main EXE for it. Matter of fact, it's right here.

Which part, the exe or the lack of another archive? Or is that sarcasm I sense?

It wasnt sarcasm. I was designing the editor around a plugin system. I then relized if there are more .dats the plugins won't work. But since there is only 1 it will work perfect.

Ah! Thats good, and when you say editor you mean it'll be likely to edit the DAT file and it's contents? Not just extract?
