So I managed to rip Moorhuhn Kart Extra's models, but the obj won't open to blender or any 3d software for that matter. Can someone help me ?

Because it's not a wavefront obj file.

It's a point cloud created using hex2obj (view link in my sig),

It's a model but the face indices give extra faces and fit partially only:
