Does anyone know how to import .bin files into blender

[Guide] Ripping models from Sketchfab - Leaks - Nulled_files
they extract it in bin file and convert it in blender

Some fiddeling required to get the start (and end) addresses of the submeshes (using
hex2obj, view link in my sig):

These are files from the game "Dance Dance Revolution: Winx Club - Wii"
They were never extracted without being in the same position as and found in the game with the ninjaripper.
However, stages are extracted with damaged UVs
Here's an example from Muse (I didn't add wings because it's frozen)
