Is there any way to convert the .prefab files to .fbx? With the armatures, if possible?

fbx is the minor problem - import the above created obj into blender 2.75 or newer then export to fbx (you'll need the plugin io_scene_fbx from Campbell Barton and others for example; not sure whether it's contained in the default install)

Should be possible but it's a tedious task:
In MDL__B00007_7.prefab
Shoulder_L is contained 181 times
hip 1375 x and armdown_r/hand 432 times

this could be an animation file - maybe there's a separate file containing the skeleton?

It's also possible that the skeleton data is at 0x1C8230.
But wait, I don't see waist there, so: no.

bonenames:

well, the skeleton is at 1A5C79-1A5EA5, I guess. Maybe some of the following VIS__ bones belong to it, dunno.

Should be possible to build the hierarchy manually (didn't find the parenting ids so far), it's a few bones only, 16 if I didn't miss one.

I tried extracting the .pkg file but but I failed, extract ps4 games is very difficult. Sorry.

Possibility of adding suppot for the Materials?
Becasue its really hard to sort all the Hands and Weapon States.

Also able to make it so the UV Maps are Flipped Correctly?
