Who will help solve problems.
1) How to import a skeleton for Fallout 4 tool, so that later I can export the animation along with the skeleton? (requires exactly the binary format (seemingly))
2) How to bind imported animation to this skeleton?

I know I'm a bit late to the party but after a few days of digging this thread I managed to export this.
Will try to get the textures working now

Upd: on PC file formats are similar to Dark Souls 3

That was the closed beta test, look at the post date.

Then the updated tool by Daemon works for models, but it seems textures for them are not unpacked yet.
