checking chunks...
17754 missing chunks.
Your not doing anything wrong, its how the tool works, you only checked the files, and it gives the actual results.
Assuming that's the only thing you where trying to achieve, if you want to dump the whole thing all you gotta do is select the options like the image I attached, and then click "Dump!"
For example this is how my BF1 looks like.
bf1.JPG
Not all files lead to chunks, but also can be due to missing DLCs or updates etc, it depends what kind of region game you have, results vary.
For example I didn't use this tool, instead a python script(it supports update/patch), and I got in comparison to the results the 0.2.1 tool(update/patch not implemented yet) shows.
chunks=123,479 Files
ebx=110,586 Files
res=41,846 Files

a total of 67.4GB got dumped, out of the 72.8GB game has, as you can see, not all gets dumped.

BF1 must show only 1069 missing chunks. Never use current UFBE with game folder, use only DATA folder.

This is for Battlefront 2 and I’m using the data folder. In the examples I was following all screenshots were shooting 0 missing chunks. If it’s supposed to have thousands of missing ones and it is correct then I guess I’m ok!

Thanks.

ok, that’s what I figured! What are some things to check for when chunks isn’t zero?

On DATA folder only, I have this.

So yeah, its not the same for everyone, it depends what you have bought from Origin.

must also depend on game version. While I think data folder must not change with updates, but you never know.

it does change. on swbf2 it added a3 and s1 folders (with levels inside - lil messy folder structure). and sp_a3_p2 and s1 to the cas storage. the sb and toc are duplicated in the patch folder, but no cas. this makes a lil sense. it's an initial release/addon.

Hello there,

I have a question maybe a silly one but ...

when I see all the parts for the capital spaceships in BF2 like the MC80 its a pain in the butt to puzzle them all together. As they are one piece in the game there must be a file that put them together ... does that make sense?

If there was something like that it would make life much easier :)
