I want to translate watchdogs 2 but ı cant open this main_english.loc file to .xml format.Someone can open that file please ?

The forge files are compressed is nothing new to anyone and contrary to what you say, it's possible recompress/repack then.
We made of the Assassin's Creed 2 translation, unpacking the forge files and pack them again. So, almost all the things that you said on that post is a desinformation.

Hey my friend... I dont say about forge..
I said about font and script and somthingnlike that. I sorry but i said ubisoft have a secret engine and i saw that in all of ubisoft games... You can see ffd font and sth files even on unreal engine in ubisoft!
