Dead Space 1 Model Formats Decryption Help

EDITE: I have a folder of a model Im trying to convert to the source engine below however I have no idea where to start or what tools are needed I am VERY NEW to modeling so guidance will be needed. Keep in mind that we also want the animations with the models when we convert them to source so they can be used for npcs. Ill post the link to the folder below thanks for reading!

MDL is a compiled model. You need to decompile it first, add the animation .smd's and then compile it as a dynamic model.

Do you have the animations?

Yes I just need some guidance with this because I am new to modelling care to help me out? Also I beleive the dead space animation extension is .WIN

EDIT: The animations are in a .WIN extension

To be more specific heres one of the file names

0114_zombie_attack.bnk.WIN

Well now you need to open that in a model editor and export it as an animation smd.

You would'nt happen to have steam would you because It would be more convienient for both of us if we contacted each other that way because I tried opening that file in 3ds max and it couldnt.
