New game Rising Fire unpack .upk files faild,Please help~

hey！guys！
This is a new game, its name is called Rising Fire.Made with Unreal Engine 3.
So i want to extract these resources.But it can't be achieved.
Please help,thanks.
unmodel.exe tips This is something that needs to be extracted.
