I wanted some program or BMS to unzip these files for me to translate the game into my language

unpack: OPPW3_UnPacker.exe -u[e][t] file_name.ext dest_unpack_folder
e - extension from magic number of file
t - convert textures to dds format
pack: OPPW3_UnPacker.exe -r file_name.ext source_repack_folder [new_file_name.ext]
Note: Function of repacked processes only files with numerical names and without extensions!
