Thanks for this tool!

Any idea why trees from Kingdom Come doesn't export correctly? Everything else from the game seems to work.
Here is a cgf to test to see the result:

There seems to be a problem with the (soon to be dead) Crucible cgf files. (Maybe just different offsets?)
I'm including one example mesh in the next post.

Hey hey,

So I successfully extracted and converted Hunt: Showdown's assets. However upon importing I just get a bunch of empties, except for a few select cases.

Is this indicative that the game just isn't supported? Or is something wrong?

So it seems to only be working with files that have relevant .chr and .skin files. Anything else doesn't contain any triangle data

Does that mean weapons can't be extracted currently? Thanks for testing it on Hunt and reporting back your results! Appreciate any more info you can give.

Released v1.0.8. See initial post for more details.

I still need to look at the Hunt files when I have a chance. Will probably have to wait until March though. :(

Here are a load of character and weapon models from my archive to help with that <Link removed due to site policy>
I ran the tool over all the models there, alot did convert successfully.

Thank you for the models! Are those from Hunt, and the converter worked on some of them?

If you have specific ones where it failed, let me know and I can try to see what happened with those. Thanks!
