Convert map to GTA IV by 3ds max by Me :D

Hi today I wanna give you a remarkable tutorial that I made this about 1 month before this but today I give you this:
1-GIMS IV Download from here and install for (3ds max).

2-Download map helper tool by me

Reinstall it and check the correct address.
What's your 3ds max versian??
Note:if it said update it you don't update it.

Thank you very much for your reply, I tried 2012 2014 64bit 64bit, test, is the same problem, if network problems

Okay so this problem can just be for address.
1-Are you using windows xp os?
2-(if you're using 7 or 8 or 8.1) are you sure you install second setup in your user folder??(when first setup installes after that second setup comes)

Hello, my friends, thank you for your help, however, only when I open the 3DSMax welcome screen, there is no option, followed by the upgrade error, only two interfaces, my system is win7 64bit,3dsmax2012 64bit look forward to your help thank you

Are you sure you extraced secound setup in your appdata folder?

conect to internet and update that this is web install it should work.

My friend, thank you for you help, I downloaded the new script and have removed all the old versions, reinstall the script
Installation:
1) Delete all previous GIMS IV versions
2) Delete "<3Ds MAX path>\scripts\startup\GIMS_IV.mse"
3) Delete all files in:
Windows Vista/7/8: "<DRIVE>:\Users\<USER_NAME>\AppData\Roaming\GIMS_IV\modules\"
Windows 2K/XP: "<DRIVE>:\Documents and Settings\<USER_NAME>\Application Data\GIMS_IV\modules\"
4) Extract "GIMS_IV" folder into:
Windows Vista/7/8: "<DRIVE>:\Users\<USER_NAME>\AppData\Roaming\"
Windows 2K/XP: "<DRIVE>:\Documents and Settings\<USER_NAME>\Application Data\"
5) Extract "scripts" folder into the 3D MAX 9 SP1 (or newer version) directory
But still display the above error

You had to delete rigistery with regedit and install webinstall versian.
Game Indefinite Modding Suite(GIMS) IV internet installer

2) Unpack the archive into the 3D MAX 9 SP1 (or newer version) folder
