No, the full mesh is stored. Cars may look symmetrical, but they're not.

Some do contain rear view mirrors meshes though.

...well on those pics I see all mirrored, that's why I asked, the track that you extracted is mirrored, and also the fiat 500essesse is mirrored... so I wonder :)

He means vertex positions. You need to negate x

Working on it myself...

I made a small tool to convert textures (only those already extracted, for example .img): TXS2DDS
Model textures are in \crs\*.texstream. I was able to extract them with offzip but it seems their headers are stored someplace else, possibly in model files.

There seems to be more geometry data in \crs\*.shapestream files, also extractable with offzip.

...wondering how many LODs do cars and tracks have, I presume that tracks have only one, maybe two lods, but cars? I know that those premium cars have like 200k polys, did anyone find them and opened? Just wondering how detailed cars in fact are.

...yeah but premium vehicles have like 10-15MB file size I think, at least that's what I saw till now

Edit: Srry, whole folder is about that size ;)

Ok, but Gttool does not work on a 64bit OS !!
