Thanks! Can i edit font file? Because the font ingame not support my language!
I don't know mby try ask the people in zenhax cuz this method came from there. As far as i know there is no universal packer or repacker so this may not work for you. Btw what is your language.

Well you can try to replace all xml:lang="en'' with the chinese mark or with a mark that supports fonts for your language (i don't know much about Vietnamese) to test if it would replace in that language. Hope it'll work.
Edit: Or maybe check in info.xml to see if you can add fonts or characters.

I'd say try with a few characters and translate something to test.

You wonderful internet mother lovers are in luck, because Uncle Kingfisher13 has you covered. I found the latest versions of all the Tomb Raider 2013 extraction tools on my computer, and I have a link for you guys to use for the DRM tool.

Also, for the people concerned about the latest update for the game breaking the tools, there is a solution my friends. I didn't know this was possible, but you can actually force steam to download older versions of a game you own than the current one. Google it, there are several good tutorials out there for this.

I'm not sure if "v4_lara" and "v5_lara" are the versions that will include the Ellie (from The Last of Us - linked below) mod, but that is what I'm looking for, too. Seems the mesh are not there. And I can't find Ellie's textures either. Thank you.

For clarity, I can extract the TIGER files, but most of the .DRM files are missing/labeled unknown.

Hey, sorry for the necro, but is every music file supposedly located in Bigfile.000? Because I can't find any of the cinematic music that also seems to magically cut when you just have music turned on in the game, meaning the devs made cine music read as SFX or voice overs.
