I'd agree that the envelope is probably not really pushed for the hardware as it used to be (except for perhaps in some degree certain gamingconsoles, when the hardware might be around for a bit longer at least compared to graphics car...

PS Speaking of stating the bloody obvious, I guess my post in your LOD thread could fit into that category. Sorry if it was all old news to you...no insult of your intelligence intended.

I can only speak for myself and using the trial version...but in my install the .toc file was in the installation dir of the game. I can only assume it's there in the full version as well.
