So just for giggles? I did some work and got the GR2 files to extract with Jayn23's exporter.
There is a flaw in his script that looks for more sections then a given file might have.
He could add a resection file call as a simple work around.

I was a bit curious so downloaded the demo and installed. Used hpk extractor to get the files from Assets.hpk A quick look tells me all are compressed with Oodle2 compression. May do an 010 script to scan them all to verify that. They also seem to use only 2 Sections where many GR2 files use 8. Ther...

Standard GR2 file but is compressed.

What format are you opening and what is MMD?

They may have done a simple transmutate on the files.
One format I found years ago (And got me kicked off a site) was to simply add to each float starting from 0 to 255 then repeating.
So by removing that I could extract models at will.

So you want others to teach you how to convert files to import.

I figured out the animations for SH3 and SH4 years ago!
I'm 1 of only 2 people that ever did new animations for SH3.
As far as SH4? I'm the only one that can make or modify the animations.

Yep. Opens fine for me with 2.11.8.0 Granny.dll My version of the plug in is a special debug version done for me. Then I changed a few things to extract only needed animation frames information from the debug window. It skips any blank stuff and is also modified to arrange the out put in a certian f...
