Alright, I did some more digging into the filetypes. I am restless over these assets for this game is a childhood classic of mine and I'd love to witness these models and animations close up. Yes, use this script and the attached .txth file for the sfxstream file. Sorry to bother, how do I uses the .txth file? I used the BMS script and got a collection of .vgmstream files extracted. Hey! Actually there is. Ninja ripper does a pretty good job with both Splinter Cell 1 and Pandora Tomorrow! Static models aren't supported even today (which is BS), so go ahead and use Ninja Ripper. (Works on SVM too)
