ah that makes sense too, the rip files store data as floats and a float is 4 bytes
the UV position in this particular model is at 64 and 68 as seen in Hex2obj
in the 3dsmax plugin you set it to 16 and 17
16 * 4 = 64
17 * 4 = 68

Yes *.LVL_740 is uncompressed archives (like Gh0stBlade said) with several file types where you can hand pick the data but it would be better to make a bms script to split it into the separate files to get many of these files quickly from the game's assets. the main table starts at 0x80 and it looks...

its not just that file, it looks like most or all files on the blog are missing
