then I looked at the dds files in a hex editor and just pasted a valid dds header over it which was dxt5 and no mip maps. Could you tell me how to do this? I know I´m a total noob with Hex Editing and stuff :D to do it through hex editing you would copy the header from another dds file and paste it...

I'm not familiar with 3dsMax, but I think most major 3d applications have tools to transfer or copy UVs from one object to another. If messed up UVs is your only issue now, you could copy the UVs from the uncleaned model to the cleaned-up one.

Use Noesis and the swtor plugin to import the gr2 file, they provide better support at this time.

I think it only leaves the Outbox after the recipient has read it, then it moves to the Sent box.

Thanks for sharing! I'm having trouble with it when dragging a *.gr2 file on the 'GR2 Decoder.exe'.
I get this error: "GR2 Decoder.exe is not a valid Win32 application"
Is this a debug or release build? Is .NET Framework 4.5 required for it to work? Are there any other dependencies?

This happens with obj import/export too. On import you have to use the Global UV flip in Data Tools to view them correctly. It would be cool if there was a way to eliminate the flipping on import/export though.
