Re: DeathSpank .gg
Well well, there is little bug in my textdic translator. It is unable to read utf8 edited text files. I didn't find it before because I'm not using this tool for translating. There is much quicker way how to translate: 1) Open ORIGINAL (not translated) textdict file 2) Export everything to xml file ...

Re: Letters from Nowhere assets.pak (AWEM)
Aquitania and Cradle of Persia are older games and maybe there is another file format. The same problem is for Golden Trails. But I'll check them.

Re: Help with Mystery of Mortlake Mansion .pack file
Well, maybe file is not completly decrypted, but it should be. Or maybe there is another encryption in data block. I can take a look on it again.

Re: DeathSpank .gg
What text are you talking about? Any example? What I know there are Build\Data\*.datadict files containing all texts from textdict files. Maybe your text is hardcoded here with different ID or something and is ignored in main dictionary. EDIT: Bah, seems that some text are hardcoded in Build\*.gob f...

Re: Help with Mystery of Mortlake Mansion .pack file
I think there is no compression (well maybe inside decrypted pack archive), but data are xored. But there is not easy to get xor table. For example bin\*.bin are obfuscated dll files. File name is obfuscated and content is xored based on xor table generated for every file using file name as key and ...

Re: Battle: Los Angeles The Videogame (.s3darc)
Maybe there is any 2-way cloaking encryption. Standard SF filesystem + some xor over final archive to remove header visibility. All I know there is SF + Online activation. But because there is Steam version of game, maybe there are 2 versions of game and 2 different protections

Re: DeathSpank .gg
Hi :) Is there any way to show characters like "ñ" or "á,é,í,ó,ú"? I saved the textdict in normal mode and in ASCII mode, but it doesn't work. Thanks. ASCII export is just for my Czech tests - it removes diacritics :-). If you want to display all other characters, you have to ch...

Re: DeathSpank .gg
Great job XRaptor. When can we expect extractor for TOV? :keke: Ups, I just forgot :-D Give me a day or two. Does anyone know how to change the font? ehm, yes :-) I have "GONT convert tool", but it is not fully tested. I will do it asap. It converts gont to dds and xml with config (size, ...

Re: DeathSpank .gg
Maybe you are trying to select original gg file as output one?
-Open gg file
-Select Patch button
-Enter NEW filename - don't try to overwrite input file
-Select root folder with extracted files (with original directory structure like extractor made). File names are compared with full name.

Re: DeathSpank .gg
Well, so as I said before, here is my DeathSpank TextDict Translator. http://raptor.cestiny.cz/download/deathspank-textdict-translator.html This version is not so finished to be the best with all comfort, but it works and I don't have much time to finish it. It is used on my own for game translation...
