dont me to bump it but what do i save my dds file type as like what are the settings a box comes up its that nivida thing could someone help me out?

hey can someone help me when i left click on something it brings up this mesage on a tga file and when i click extract it brings it up too on the TGa and dosent extract themaster tried helping
