Re: Bayonetta 2 Textures

Got a bit of help from PredatorCZ. I sent him the files and this is what he found. "WTA is header tables for wtp. WTP is pixel data. WTA share header of WTB (First Bayonetta texture format). WTP have color pattern of DXT but are in unknown format (DTT,GTF, or something else)." I'm hoping s...

Bayonetta 2 Textures

Hi all. Looking for a bit of assistance with Bayonetta 2. The overall format seems to be the same (or very close) to Bayonetta 1. As such, Noesis seem to work just fine down to the model/skeleton. CPK files are extracted and the DAT files load the model and export to various formats with correct bon...

Re: Spotlight: Señor Casaroja's Noesis

Would it be possible to add support for Lightning Returns PC? Tried extracting the PC version (by filelists) and just get an error "file could not be previewed" if I double click and "file type could not be determined" if I right click/export. I downloaded the PS3 version for com...

Re: Hyperidmension Neptunia rebirth 1 ism2

Thanks again for the script. I've actually learned how to put the face textures together but they are kind of pain in the ass getting everything to line up. Plus putting together the various facial expressions is rather time consuming. It's all good though. It's forcing me to learn how to use GIMP m...

Re: Hyperidmension Neptunia rebirth 1 ism2

Hey Random, I noticed that you (I assume) were uploading Neptunia models to The Models Resource. Was wondering if you updated your script any further than what you shared above. Also thought I'd share that tools for converting textures were made a while back which I just found out about. Can be foun...

Re: One Piece Pirate Warriors 3 [PC Version] Indices Problem

Cool beans. Does this game have the same issue with "flappy" meshes that other "Warriors" games have (Hyrule Warriors for example) that collapses stuff like ponytails, cloaks and such?

Nice work vallex. I'm not a fan of Trine but the visuals were fantastic. Might have to grab the game if the models are good.

Re: FINAL FANTASY TYPE-0 HD PC

This just unpacks the main packages. Don't have a way to extract usable models or textures afaik.

Edit. Didn't notice the edited post above. Haven't been able to test it.

Re: The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt (*.cache*.bundle)

Looked at a couple models and it seems like the tools convert meshes with bones and weights. However, it seems like bone parenting data doesn't export with the meshes (or doesn't exist at all). Assuming the bones/weights did export properly, putting the skeleton's together will be rather time consum...

Re: The future of the forum: Ideas, suggestions and general.

Guess I can post something from the POV of someone that mainly uses tools, gives thanks for tools I use, report issues with said tools and not much else. I do check the forums every day or so to see if anything new has popped up and have noticed a decline in new stuff although I assumed that the new...

Re: The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt (*.cache*.bundle)

Captured some textures and found that plant life textures look very interesting. I wonder what purpose all that smudging around the texture serves. Any idea? Nothing particular. Just how many artists do textures for small, detailed meshes like hair or, in this case, foliage. An alpha channel will h...

Re: Sherlock Holmes Crimes and Punishments .tfc File

This game is Unreal Engine 3 and fully supported by umodel. IIRC it won't extract .tfc alone; it only pulls data from the .tfc file (like textures) that's needed by other packages that are being extracted.

Re: Hyperidmension Neptunia rebirth 1 ism2

Cool beans. Thanks for sharing what you have so far. I know you have other stuff here you work on aside from whatever real life things you got going on. In any event, the script is working on Max10 with what I tried. Not seeing any facial features on the models I loaded but clearly see them on your ...

Random, are you still working on the Maxscript? Haven't heard anything further and would hate for it to get forgotten about.

Would anyone that still has the BDO tools posted in viewtopic.php?f=10&t=10879 but later removed mind pm'ing me a download link? Not being able to extract the files makes it hard to use the tools posted here :D
