I should really try to find a way to automatically derive the key rather than manually figuring out the key by hand. However that requires me to first assume the input is a valid DX archive...

The gm2 format there are many unknowns I didn't figure out. Probably one of them determines when to offset or not.

Last time I played around with Tinke it didn't have support for 3D models.

I know they have tools for DS sprites and stuff. No support for 3D models yet?
