What do you mean "porting"? The texture above is from Onmyoji, not Onmyoji Arena

There is no encryption. Just open it normally without the script.

Re: Rebellious Million Arthur Tool + Research

I am extracting them from the NPK. The ToC is encrypted but the rest of the NPK is actually not, and it is just compressed with lz4. I made a program that finds the model related chunks and decompresses the lz4 blocks. Kinda like aluigi's offzip for lz4. You usually end up with unnecessary data at ...

Re: Rebellious Million Arthur Tool + Research

I was able to extract the model files from Forever 7th Capital. Not the best method, but it seems to be working fine so far. No textures atm though. I will release it after some more tests. This might end up working for the new Onmyoji game too. Also I am changing the title, since the viewer seems ...

Re: Extracting simple models

Edit: Is this a table you need? No. This seems to be an offset table. You're supposed to search for an array of short intergers which are in an increasing order overall, as I descripted in this post: viewtopic.php?p=139003#p139003 https://i.imgur.com/kgw7EOx.png This one is an only scrambled alphab...

It's exactly the one in this post: http://forum.xentax.com/viewtopic.php?f=29&t=17924 and here: http://forum.xentax.com/viewtopic.php?f=16&t=17930 You can see that there is no solution, and Ninja Ripper is not working :D See if you can get a clue in other files. Try searching a scrambled &q...

Re: Extracting simple models

How did you backup the game? A memory dump? And are the two files you uploaded before all that you got? What's the game name btw? No I did a backup for the whole machine. Maybe it contained a memory dump. Game's name is 决战!平安京, I have no idea what is the English name of this game because I'm not Ch...

Re: Extracting simple models

It would make sense if you created a new thread for such because this one as you may have noticed is called "Extracting simple models". That is what I wondered. Since this file was a bunch of data, not an archive nor geometry-only file, I decided to give it a chance in this thread first. ...

Re: Extracting simple models

Alway detect the geometry data first, then deal with the bones if you have extra skills. Just an excuse of thinking bones and meshes always stick together, never mind ! This, is a simple answer to the wrong question. You are supposed to specify which character/item you're looking for. There could b...

Re: Extracting simple models

I wouldn't place "at least" before "skeleton" but no, nothing much make sense to me. I think you should put it clear first what you're looking for, else even if there's geo data there it might not be what you want. And where are these files from? A custom game backup? I've done ...

Re: Extracting simple models

My backup file contains some keywords like "biped" or "bone" in Hex Viewer, however I'm not sure if it's correct mesh or skeleton format, since that file is a combination of many files. Hope you can help me to extract it, or at least find a header and the end of mesh data only. ...

Re: Extracting simple models

Hi, I would like to ask if any solution to figure out that mesh or bone data in a file which is created from merged files. My backup file contains some keywords like "biped" or "bone" in Hex Viewer, however I'm not sure if it's correct mesh or skeleton format, since that file is ...
