No, the structure is the same and those files are multichannel mask textures. After seeing the texture, the red channel is a gray diffuse texture and the other 3 channels (blue,green and alpha channels) are masks controling muliply color layer limits. What does that mean? May be DC&DC Zero too, I'm not tested them yet - first I think about Oneechanbara VorteX: I had an idea to dump all characters, enemies et.c. for a long time (I already extracted all textures and all TGF!) but converter "don't like" some TGF files (like a Legion and Misery bosses) :( ...

Not sure what kind of .psk importer he's using, but I have been using Noesis to export to .psk like forever and I never had any problem with it. I also use SZKARADEK .psk importer which is great.
