This game uses havoc animation. I hate to sound greedy but if there is a way to extract the animation file i think we can use the skyrim converter to extract the data into 3ds max

#1 is actually how all animations work. They are stored in local space and the skeleton is a Directed Acrylic graph. I have actually tried extracting an animation once. I managed to get the bones and frame length. I realized the order Quaternion + Vector (float[4] and float[3]).
